Customer satisfaction survey 2021: this is what our customers think of us
We attach great importance to the satisfaction and feedback of our customers. We receive this feedback daily in one-on-one conversations, during sparring sessions and through our support channels and we continuously use it for the improvement of our services and platforms. We also gauge the satisfaction of our customers once a year by means of a survey, in which customers (anonymously if they so choose) give feedback about what they think of our collaboration and products. For example, we recently conducted our research about 2021.
An NPS of 92 and a report mark of 8.5
Wow. Our customers responded very positively to the question 'to what extent would you recommend Kentaa to friends/family/colleagues?'. Their answers result in a European Net Promoter Score of 92 ( 83 in 2020). In addition, they rate our collaboration with an 8.5! We are very proud of that.
